Important update to event timings for 14-Feb-2009 sports day
If you are interested in participating, please register through www.srkt.org .
Cricket : Preliminary round start by 9:00 AM, registration cut off by 10:00 AM.
Table Tennis :Preliminary round will start by 9:00 AM, registration cut off by 10:00 AM.
Basket Ball : Preliminary round start by 11:00 AM (no new registration after 11:00 AM)
Carrom : Preliminary rounds start by 10:00 AM (No new registration after 10:00 AM)
Chess: Preliminary rounds start by 10:00 AM (No new registration after 10:00 AM)
Basket Ball: Event start by 11:00 AM (No new registrations will be accepted after 11:00 AM)
Spelling Bee:
Event starts: 12:30 PM Finish by 3:30PM
Elimination round will start on time by 12:20 PM no entries will be accepted after the event start. After Elimination round final (on-stage) round will start and Finish by 3:30 PM
Painting: Event start by 10:00 AM, it will run through the day. The last entry will be accepted by 2:30 PM, Judges evaluation start by 3:00 PM - Results by 4:00 PM
Jeopardy: Event start by 3:00 PM Finish by 4:00 PM (Limited availability of teams, please pre-register)
Food Stalls:
Veg Pizza, Samosa, Chhole Bhature, Coke will be made available through the food stall by 11:00 AM
Additional fun activities are being organised , which are open and free for all. These include
Triple Leg Race, SUDOKU, MoonWalk

On 14-Feb-2009 program starts at 9:00 AM till 6:30 PM
Spelling Bee and Jeopardy events will start by 3:30 PM and finish by 6:30 PM
Painting Competition Will start by 1:00 PM, all paintings will be evaluated by a panel of judges.
General Rules
All the sporting events have registration fees. For TT, Carrom , Basket Ball and Chess it is $ 3 for each participant.
- Painting competition is free for all participants
- If you have not already paid for the event, you can pay at the registration desk on the day of event.
You can also pay through Google checkout, go to http://www.srkt.org/ and then click on donate. In the description/comment area enter participant name and event for which you are paying the fee.
- Trophies would be given to all the 1st and 2nd position only.
- For TT we expect that all the players will bring their own paddle. However we will have few paddles available for players who do not have paddles.
- TT balls would be made available to all the players.
- We do have 4 TT tables which have been arranged in the SRKT main hall.
- Please wear appropriate cloths and shoes as per the event requirement.
